Durkin & Durkin, LLP has advised and helped our school board clients solve various problems. Our approach to representing school boards is simple: be proactive and provide legal advice before any problems arise. Our experience has been that counseling can often prevent litigation, saving a school district the enormous expense and turmoil which results once a lawsuit is begun.

We provide both personal and experienced representation from attorneys who have an expertise in school law. We attend board meetings when requested, either regularly or on an as-needed basis. We also render legal advice on a daily basis and ensure that we are at the disposal of our clients at all times.
