Durkin & Durkin, LLP has extensive experience dealing with the full range of hazardous and solid waste issues as they arise under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as well as under both federally authorized and independent state programs. Beyond our work with the federal and state hazardous waste programs, we address solid waste issues under individual state regulatory programs and on an interstate basis in litigation.
