Biography

Mr. Kotchick received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Scranton in 1996 and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. He has been with the firm since 1999, becoming a partner in 2015.  He engages in the general practice of law with an emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, residential and commercial transactions, employment law, education law, municipal law, zoning and land use law and collections and foreclosures. In that capacity, he routinely represents clients' interest in a variety of judicial forums throughout New Jersey, including Federal, State, Municipal and Administrative Law Courts.   He also regularly practices before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Mr. Kotchick is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Kotchick resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and three children
