Mr. Kotchick joined the law firm of Durkin & Durkin, LLP in 1999 after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law. While at Durkin & Durkin, LLP, Mr. Kotchick has concentrated on general litigation and has successfully defended clients in the Municipal, Superior and Federal courts of the State of New Jersey as well as in the Magisterial Courts and Court of Common Pleas of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
