Biographical Information:

Mr. McGoey joined the law firm of Durkin & Durkin, LLP in the fall of 2008. He received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 and is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Mr. McGoey has extensive experience with commercial litigation, collections and has appeared in the Superior and Federal Courts of New Jersey and the Supreme and Federal Courts of New York.
