 Mr. Cosgrove originally joined the firm in 1996 and recently returned as a Junior Partner.

Mr. Cosgrove has a general practice background and currently focuses in the area of civil litigation. In that capacity he routinely represents clients’ interests in a variety of judicial forums throughout New Jersey and New York. Mr. Cosgrove has tried cases to verdict in New York and New Jersey, and has achieved a BV Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating.
