Biography
TY CATELLO, Esq. – Mr. Catello was educated at Rutgers University (B.A. in Ancient History, with summa cum laude distinction), and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D.). While at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Catello was lead attorney in a number of mock trial competitions. During this time, he also served as the Borough of Lodi’s Zoning & Planning Board Secretary, gaining expertise in land use matters. After graduating law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary S. Brennan, J.T.C., of the New Jersey Tax Court.
In October of 2024 Mr. Catello joined Durkin & Durkin, LLC as an associate attorney. Mr. Catello practices in various areas of the law including, but not limited to, land use, tax property appeals, personal injury, and criminal defense.
Mr. Catello is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
